Leveraging guest loyalty is a key part of our strategy across the Signature Hotels and Resorts portfolio, which is why we’ve invested in a competitive loyalty program – Signature Ambassadors. Every guest is a member of Signature Ambassadors whether it’s their first stay or their fortieth, and the benefits of membership begin immediately.

In short, Signature guests are given every reason to return, again and again.

How it works

Every $1 spent on a Signature booking earns a minimum of 10 points, so every Signature booking gets guests a little closer to an automatic upgrade or complimentary night with us – and an array of other perks in the meantime.

The benefits of membership begin immediately, from custom stay preferences and Club Lounge access to spa credits and complimentary breakfast*. There are four membership tiers depending on how often guests stay with us, and rewards are thoughtfully selected to suit guests lifestyle.
